how to put wrought iron railings in steps that are brittle?
My son keeps putting the anchors in but they get to a point where they just break loose and spin around. Is there another way to anchor wrought iron railings to the concrete steps? My husband passed away so we are trying to fix up the things that are breaking. I can't afford a lot of money.
Use tapcon screws. You drill a small hole, and the screws thread into the concrete itself, and the bit is included. $10-15. Home Depot. They hold very well.
