Cute Teen Room Ideas? Help!?
Ok, so we just moved into a new house and my dad wants to get all the painting done on his week off. Problem is... I have no idea what to do! I'm a twelve year old girl, but I have to keep this room idea until I move out!
* Small Room
* Nothing to Bright (some bright colors might be allowed!)
* Very Girly/Preppy
* Medium Oak Queen/Full Sized Bed
* Medium Oak Dresser W/ Mirror
All in all, I want it to be something amazing! Something that I won't grow out of, but something I'm really gonna like! I want people to walk in and be like, "Whoa, this room is awesome!" I am dying for some ideas! Thanks to anyone who shares!
This idea takes some effort but it's really neat. Paint walls very light. Add a border--hip height of your handprints. Footprints along a wall baseboard also if you choose. The handprints look really great with primary colors--blue, red, yellow, green too. Use water soluable latex paint. Pour paint in aluminum disposable pie tins or anything. Use paper to pat off excess paint so handprints show lines/fingerprints. I hope you find this to be fun, I sure did. Best wishes.
