first off saudi doesnt stone women for sex....thats a shiia muslim taliban rule and has nothing to do with the majority of the middle east.
saudi arabia is a very advanced and wealthy country.
as far as women in veils and such, as westerners you cant say anything about it because u dont know how it is over there....the women actually love it and if u remove their robes you will them dressed underneath in mini skirts heels low cut tops and makeup. they just save the look for their husband because its no other mans place to look at them. it keeps them safe so that unlike america where women are being raped assaulted and murdered left and right, this isnt a problem over there.

ps...I lived in egypt for some years from the ages of 18-27 thru my marriage and its was effing AWESOME! the middle east looks bad because of the lying american media and stereotypes (something that americans are good at putting on people and polaces they know nothing about), but in fact its a close knit safer and more loving place than america could ever be. even tho im not muslim, i miss waking up to the haunting and beautiul call to prayer in the morning...so much better than a ear piercing alarm clock. i used to walk out on the roof in the morning and see the pyramids in the distance. you come outside and the streets are filled with people and u stop at the corner food stand for a breakfast sand. god how i miss it.
the music, the arts, the passion that is in the air. sometimes i would take a nile boat and lay back waching heron fly among the palm trees along the beaches of the nile, and i tell u there is no place better on this earth than egypt.
people over there respect each other...ya there are some nut jobs but there are crazy fataical insane americans too....way more than tehre are over there.
the thing with arabs, they dont take threats and such lightly. they wont mess with you first. the only time they get mean is when u tread on them and they wont sit back and let u do it.
they dont throw their elderly in home like americans do....neighbors stick together instead of fight like americans do....they dont have the huge amount of sex crimes (especially against children) like america does.
ya, please do you homeowkr yall, because the middle east, from my own experience there, is far better than this country wille ver be and in fact im moving back to egypt in august.
