Other people like me who have a love of rock?
I'm 15, and I adore rock n roll. Mostly old. There's not that many people that I know my age that like only this genre.. so I just wondered if anyone near my age also had a love for it.
Don't get me wrong I'm not saying I hate mainstream pop and modern music I just prefer older music. I like some mainstream artist like Florence and the machine, The Killers, Hadouken etc
But my favourites are ACDC, Black Sabbath, Led Zep, Jimi Hendrix, The Doors, The Rolling stones.
I'm just interested to know if there is anyone with the same music taste and age as me 
Also The Kinks, Sex Pistols, The Clash etc
Oh yeah by the way I'm a girl.
I don't listen to it to look cool infact i'm the most uncool person im my school year. I listen to older music because my mum and dad brought me up to like it.
I may be a "majority" but thats why I asked the question, to see who else likes it as I don't actually know that many people.
They are a lot of people between the ages of 12-17 who listen to Classic Rock for one of two reasons:
1). They claim to listen to it in order to stand out and look "kewl."
2). They appreciate the music and what it's worth.
