Playing Animal Crossing City Folk without friends?
I thought I would try out Animal Crossing City Folk so I rented it from gamefly. The problem is I don't have any friends with this game. It seems like the only way to really expand and make the game more fun is to have friends, something I didn't realize. So my question is: is there anything I can do when I don't have friends besides expand my house and pay it off? Also is there any way to get new furniture besides Tom Nook's scarce collection and the expensive furniture in town?
I've been playing for months and I don't have any friends. I still think it's tons of fun! If you do favors for your neighbors they will give you different furniture for your house.
I got in to donating the museum and that's fun. You can find fossils and catch fish and bugs and donate them to the museum. I'm trying to catch every species of bug and fish!
