english country cottages - deposit problems?
Hi
Has anyone had unreasonable demands for deposit settlements from English Country Cottages? I booked a cottage for an August holiday in March, cancelled due to unforeseen cirumstances five days later, and now they are asking for a third of the total cost of the holiday. Surely this isn't right?
oooh, they can charge whatever they like for cancellation fees unfortunately, they set the time limits for cancellations and fees to incur... you have to look at the fine print or check in advance cancellation fees...
