What are some ways to work out my chest? dont have a lot of equipment?
i have an old universal gym and some dumbells. no bench or n e thing to do dumbell flys.. what can i do do work my chest so it gets a lot bigger. this is what i do when i work my chest., i do bench press on the universal....i use a stool and elevate my feet and do push ups so i can work upper chest, and i also do parallel bar dips, which im pretty sure works a bit of the lower chest. i need to mix it up a bit.... n e suggestions would b great.. thank you.
aside from what your doing now, you cant go wrong with push-ups. go wide and narrow push-ups. dips will help out too.
this wont do much for mass but can be a good finisher as burnouts.
