Can anyone appraise this Antique English desk from the 1850's made with tiger oak?
What I know is the desk is English made with Tiger Oak from around the 1850's. An offer was made on it for USD $2,000 but I would like to know if it is worth that much from someone who knows more about antique desk.

Thanks for the link! Mine looks nice but not as nice as these. Also, mine is a different style it opens up in the front with drawers on the sides. Kind of an S shape from the side view.
